Commission-Only Field Sales Representative – Earn up to Fifteen Thousand EGP per Month

About the Role

Kiki Host is expanding its business-email and web-hosting footprint across Egypt. We need self-driven Field Sales Representatives who thrive on face-to-face selling and unlimited commission.

 You will own the full cycle—prospecting, demo, close, and first-day onboarding—for small and medium businesses that need a professional online presence.

Success looks like:

• Signing at least fifteen paid Basic-plan customers each month
• Keeping the cancellation/refund rate below five percent in the first thirty days
• Sharing weekly market feedback that helps us refine pricing and offers

Key Responsibilities

• Visit start-ups, clinics, retailers, and other SMEs to present our branded email solution on their own devices.
• Close deals on the spot using a personal promo code that tracks revenue to you.
• Guide new customers through domain purchase and first login, then hand off to Support.
• Report daily activity via WhatsApp and attend a thirty-minute coaching Zoom each week.
• Maintain ethical selling, accurate paperwork, and positive brand representation at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of outdoor, business-to-business, or door-to-door sales experience.
• Comfortable working one hundred percent on commission—no base salary.
• Able to meet prospects in person at least four days per week.
• Fluent Arabic communication and basic English for technical terms such as “domain” and “cPanel.”
• Personal smartphone with WhatsApp and a reliable four-G data plan.
• Legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in Egypt.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Prior experience selling hosting, SaaS, telecom, or payment solutions.
• Existing network in co-working spaces or start-up communities.
• Basic understanding of DNS records or cPanel.
• Valid driver’s licence or consistent daily transport.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Google Sheets.

Compensation

• Commission: 
• Thirty percent of the first-year revenue on every closed deal.
• Top performers currently earn up to fifteen thousand Egyptian pounds per month—no cap.
• Commission paid monthly via bank transfer or Wise, with a digital payslip.
