- Plan and execute Graduation ceremonies, including stage design, guest
coordination, and awards logistics. - Organize Training of Trainers (TOT) workshops for corporate clients, ensuring
smooth facilitation, venue setup, and participant engagement. - Lead CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) events, such as charity galas,
sustainability drives, and community engagement programs. - Negotiate contracts with hotels, venues, caterers, AV teams, and decor suppliers for
competitive rates and premium service. - Maintain strong partnerships with tourism boards, DMCs (Destination Management
Companies), and hospitality providers for large-scale events. - Oversee F&B, accommodation, and transportation logistics for delegates and VIP
guests. - Leverage tourism industry experience to enhance event experiences (e.g.,
cultural themes, destination management for corporate retreats). - Coordinate with travel agencies or in-house teams for post-event tours/activities (if applicable).
- Manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality experiences.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and CSR reporting standards.
