- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Prepare and design professional presentations using PowerPoint
- Maintain and organize filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in preparing reports and internal documents
