Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Lead to manage and guide the testing team in delivering high-quality, bug-free releases. You will be responsible for defining testing strategies, automating test cases, managing test environments, and ensuring product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing manual and automated tests for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA processes.
• Coordinate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
• Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain testing tools, environments, and documentation.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to QA team members.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in Agile environments.
