Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Platform Management:
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and competitor activities.
- Engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates), measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on social media campaigns, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content, design, and video production teams to create visually appealing and effective content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote products/services and drive conversions through social media efforts.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new features and platforms to enhance the company’s social media presence.
