Odoo Support Specialist

  •  Provide first-level support to end-users on Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, and Accounting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues or escalate complex issues to the Odoo development or infrastructure team.
  • Assist in testing, documentation, and rollout of new Odoo features or process changes.
  •   Collaborate with department heads to gather feedback and suggest Odoo optimizations that align with business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and help with periodic audits and cleanups.
  •  Participate in testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities for new customizations.



      

     

 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field   2-3 years of experience working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.   Prior exposure to ERP systems support in a manufacturing or industrial setting Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing tools.
