- Teach sustainable farming practices, emphasizing environmental responsibility and efficient resource use.
- Teach AgriTech and modern agricultural technologies into the curriculum, providing practical knowledge of innovative farming methods.
- Plan, prepare, and execute theoretical and Practical sessions, and field experiences.
- Assess student performance regularly, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies to ensure student success.
- Develop and update teaching materials, including lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and assessment rubrics.
- Manage and maintain agricultural facilities, equipment, and instructional resources.
- Collaborate with industry experts and local agricultural organizations to enhance curriculum relevance and practical exposure.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress, utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS).
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.Experience:From 3 to 15 years of experience within an agricultural and training environment.Technical Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of agricultural sciences, including crop production, sustainable farming, and agricultural technology (AgriTech).Proficiency in modern agricultural practices, sustainable farming methods.Familiarity with competency-based education and practical instructional methodologies.Essential Skills:Strong instructional, communication, and classroom management skills.Ability to engage students through practical, hands-on teaching methods.Proficient in using educational technology and software.Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, parents, and external professionals.Ability to manage and supervise practical fieldwork safely and effectively.
