- Act as a key technical point of contact for the sales team and internal technical contact for customer inquiries related to offers and tenders.
- Serve as a key technical and commercial liaison between our sales team/clients and our foreign business partners. This includes various tasks including (but not limited) : coordinating requests for quotations, obtaining updated pricing, communicating new market developments, exploring business opportunities, and securing timely technical clarifications during the pre-sales and tender processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations and tenders in response to the customers inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to align on customer requirements and proposed tenders specifications.
- Support the alignment and monitor the progress of leads generated from partners and exhibitions.
- Prepare monthly sales reports on sales performance and sales metrics from CRM system.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts to achieve sales targets.
- Use customer feedback to modify our solutions and product offerings.
- Research the market for new projects and potential customers.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the sales administration process.
- Identify potential new projects or customer opportunities arising from tender tracking and market intelligence provided during the proposal process.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Experience in a similar role for B2B sales of industrial products is strongly preferred.Hands on experience with CRM software (preferrably Salesforce).In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.Experience in creating clear, concise, and persuasive technical proposals and commercial offers.Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.Ability to provide solid technical background.Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.Attributes/Soft Skills:Thorough in preparing technical documents and ensuring accuracy in all communications and data entry.Ability to manage multiple tenders and inquiries simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Resourceful and takes initiative to resolve technical challenges and find solutions.While a technical role, an understanding of commercial terms, pricing strategies, and negotiation fundamentals related to tenders is a plus.Aligns with our company values of high qualifications, strong work ethics, continuous learning, and cooperative teamwork.Build an open-communication environment with our team.
