- System Administration: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and systems.
- Technical Support: Provide support for hardware and software issues to staff and clients.
- Network Security: Implement security measures to protect the organization’s data and infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.· At least 10 years of progressive IT experience.· Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.· Experience with ERP systems, preferably ODOO.· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage day-to-day IT operations effectively.
