About the Role: As the HR Generalist, you will work closely with the CEO to build the company’s foundation — recruiting top talent, shaping our HR strategy, and fostering a high-performance, socially impactful culture. This role goes beyond recruitment, involving HR strategy development, internal communications, employee onboarding, training programs, and administrative support.
