We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for order follow-up on our website and responding to customer inquiries on our Facebook page.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and follow up on customer orders through the website.

Respond to customer messages and comments on the Facebook page.

Provide quick support and resolve basic customer issues.

Coordinate with other departments (Sales – Shipping) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service (preferred).

Proficient in using computers and social media.

Fast response time and good organizational skills.

Polite, patient, and professional communication style.

Working Hours: 9am to 5pm

Friday off
