We’re seeking a dynamic IT Technical Manager to join our leadership team, reporting to the COO, and play a pivotal role in building the company’s innovative “phygital” insurance distribution and operations model.

About the Role: As IT Technical Manager, you will lead the selection, development, and rollout of agile IT systems designed to support lean, customer-centric operations. You’ll manage the full IT project lifecycle, from MVP implementation to ongoing delivery, collaborating closely with AXA, PFI, and Egypt Post teams to ensure scalable, cost-efficient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the technical IT landscape aligned with Sawa’s operating model
• Lead the IT system selection process and manage vendor relationships
• Establish and grow a skilled IT team supporting all front and back-office tech needs
• Apply agile methodologies to develop and deploy digital, automated solutions
• Act as a bridge between senior management, operations, and IT teams
• Ensure thorough business analysis and documentation for all IT projects
