Ticketing Executive

  • Handle domestic and international flight bookings through GDS/online portals.
  • Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per client requests.
  • Coordinate with airlines and clients for itinerary changes, special requests, or travel updates.
  • Provide clients with accurate information, travel options, and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Hotel bookings .

Proven experience in ticketing and reservations (preferably with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).Strong knowledge of travel systems and fare rules.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.Fluency in Arabic and English.
