Marketing Manager

  • Develop & Execute comprehensive ATL & BTL Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to raise brand awareness, generate leads
  • Manage the full marketing mix, including advertising (TV, radio, print, outdoor), content marketing, social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and more
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-impact marketing collateral and campaigns
  • Oversee the company website and digital presence, ensuring it effectively showcases the company capabilities and attracts potential clients
  • Analyze marketing performance data and campaign metrics to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of funds
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for the company
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably experience at marketing agencyProven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channelsStrong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performanceExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clientsFamiliarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, AI and other marketing technology platformsAdaptable and innovative, with the ability to think strategically and creativelyStrong project management and budget management skillsFluent in English Language
