Payroll Specialist

  • Process full-cycle payroll for all employees on a monthly basis using the HITS system.
  • Ensure payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within the HITS system.
  • Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Calculate bonuses, overtime, deductions, and adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR departments to ensure compliance with payroll procedures and accounting practices.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
  • Stay updated with labor law changes, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry.Proficiency in HITS payroll system is a must.Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law, social insurance.Strong organizational and time management skills.Very good  command of English
