Organizational Development Specialist

  • Develop a healthy organizational culture, effective organization communication and enhance organization performance management system.
  • Develop a strategic plan to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify performance gaps and determine training needs.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Develop a change management program to support and implement new initiatives.
  • Prepare and update organization structure regularly.
  • Assist in the development & implementation of HR policies & procedures.
  • Creating job descriptions & job requirements. 
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Build positive and achievement-oriented work environment for employees
  • Identifies talents and builds succession planning.

Bachelor’s degree HR certificate (preferably)Experience: from 4-6 years.Excellent communication & Strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint & Visio.Very good English Language skills.
