- Manage and organize executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain records with a high level of discretion.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for executives.
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate communication between the executive and internal/external contacts.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
Fully knowledgeable in all secretarial tasks and appointment scheduling.Completely proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
