Job Purpose

- Manage Enterprise TE Resources team who is directly communicate and work with Telecom Egypt representatives for all issues related to Enterprise customers to secure availability of local loops, Fiber , MSAN, VDSL and FTTH including acquiring new circuits, renewal and termination.

- Checking availability with TE for all MW orders to get NTRA approval to install MW link.

- Manage and review all invoices @ Telecom Egypt “Monthly/quarterly” with average 100 million yearly between New and termination of work orders to avoid any losing.

  • Lead Enterprise TE Resources team to achieve team objectives that are part of Enterprise Service delivery objectives and work closely to achieve fixed targets in terms of monthly revenue and SLA targets.

·        Acquire TE last mile access Fiber to connect customers’ premises to Etisalat data network to provide high speed internet/VPN/IVPN connectivity.

Acquire required permissions form different governmental authorities “civil, engineering, roads, …

·        etc” and follow up with all stakeholders for drilling procedures for fiber cables implementation.

  • Owning end-to-end procurement process with TE from placing a request on TE portal (KAM), checking availability, obtaining availability in case availability not granted, validating customer documents, TE contract, and finally issuing work order). In additional to TE, owning E2E procurement process with special locations (Ex\: Cairo Airport & Egypt air)

·        Review and approve TE monthly/quarterly/annually renewal invoices (OPEX) (Nile Online, EgyNet and 3rd party) for all Enterprise customers’ circuits (fiber, Local loops and MSAN) to ensure service continuity to all active customers. Removing billing items related to terminated or relocated customers.

  • Establish relationships and connections inside TE to facilitate Nile Online/Egynet operation and speed up work orders issuance process by securing the required resources from TE (Fiber cables, Mux, switches, MSAN ports on cabinet and box, etc…).
  • Handling TE special actions during the installation phase.
  • checking availability with TE for all microwave orders to get NTRA approval to install microwave links if no availability copper/MSAN.
  • New MSAN topology at Telecom Egypt which making duplication in acquiring new circuits due to securing availability of port and local loop per one customer instead of previous which was securing only local loop per one customer.
  • Proactively aligning with COs managers to support our requests and to reduce the number of rejected orders.
  • Obtaining availability for rejected requests by doing surveys and technical work with TE representatives to secure needed resources in all Egypt’s governorates.
  • Conducting regular meetings with TE High Value Customers department to discuss over pending actions, special and urgent cases and monthly progression in Etisalat Enterprise Business.
  • Updating order fulfilment system (CRM) with the status of every single link and forward the order to the next team.
  • Owning end-to-end link termination with TE to stop OPEX bleeding. This include communication with ESP team to make sure that service has been suspended and order status is currently pending releasing TE acquired resources, extracting needed data from the CRM, doing a survey in TE CO. to validate circuit data and at the end requesting circuit termination from TE.  
  • Issuing two payment release weekly for links granted availability including check balance of TE advance payment, singing papers from authorized staff in Etisalat, carefully reviewing and organizing customers’ documents, visiting TE billing team in Maadi & Smart village to finish the work from TE side before finally issuing needed work orders and handed them to the installation team.
  • In charge for reviewing the transportation, accommodation and miscellaneous expanses of the team according to petty cash rules to ensure the proper settlement with finance team.
  • Managing Enterprise Service Delivery budget OPEX and CAPX.

·        Split the OPEX budget over different connectivity services (internet, VPN, IVPN)

·        Dividing TE requirements into four quarters budget to monitor OPEX spending Q by Q.

·        Considering the current and future expenditure needs for budget.

·        Securing CAPEX budget to different service delivery teams needed to CAPEX expenses during the year.

·        Monitoring the budget through the year and provide monthly report to management.

·        Ensure that all expenditures are within budgeted OPEX & CAPEX to make sure that things are in control.

·        Leads discussions and conversations with financial and legal departments with Telecom Egypt in order to proactively agree on Etisalat’s dues as well as financial & technical contracts.

·        leads the recovery of company dues and money for all terminated contracts and discussion of prices for all new services

·        Managing refunding process to ensure that all funds are deposited into Etisalat’s account.

  • Provide coaching and training TE resources team to insure that they are aware of different types of services acquired from TE and the process of acquiring resources for such services.
