Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, technical requirements, and role priorities.
  • Source and engage candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and best practices in tech recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to enhance recruitment tools, workflows, and reporting systems.
  • Provide regular insights and reports on recruitment KPIs and hiring progress to leadership.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.1–3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the software or IT sector.Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring technical professionals (e.g. developers, QA, DevOps).Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Passion for technology and a solid understanding of software development roles and terminologies.
