About the Role 

Genesis AI is on a mission to transform businesses through the power of emerging technologies and AI-driven innovation. We are seeking a visionary Agentic AI Developer to join our innovative team in Cairo. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying advanced autonomous AI systems capable of independent decision-making, learning, and problem-solving. You will pioneer solutions that push the boundaries of AI autonomy.

Responsibilities 

- AI Development & Implementation: 

  - Design and build agentic AI systems that operate autonomously, adapt to dynamic environments, and achieve predefined goals. 

  - Develop algorithms for decision-making, self-learning, and real-time responsiveness. 

  - Integrate AI agents with existing platforms, APIs, and IoT ecosystems. 

  - Optimize AI performance for scalability, efficiency, and reliability. 

- Research & Innovation:

  - Stay ahead of advancements in autonomous AI, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems. 

  - Experiment with novel architectures (e.g., LLMs, neural-symbolic systems) to enhance agentic capabilities. 

  - Publish findings, contribute to patents, and present at industry conferences. 

- Collaboration & Ethics:

  - Work with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. 

  - Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy regulations, and security standards. 

  - Conduct risk assessments for autonomous AI deployments. 

- Testing & Deployment: 

  - Create simulations and testing frameworks to validate AI agent behavior. 

  - Monitor post-deployment performance and iterate based on feedback.
