Job description:
- Manage all customer orders from the beginning of the order until all shipments are deliveredCollect rates from shipping lines.
- Submit bookings (online or manual)
- Receiving booking confirmation
- Handle inland transportation and follow loading containers up to receiving invoice and official receipts.
- Submit VGM and final instructions.
- Receiving B/L drafts check it with customer
- Follow invoices with Shipping lines after vessel departure
- Follow up with clients, trucking and custom clearance team
- Do documentation for every operate\
- Make a strategic plane for every shipping
Qualifications and education:Bachelor degree & academic diploma in logistics or foreign trade field is a mustExcellent communication skills
