Sales Engineer

Tatareal - Egypt - Cairo

1.​Identify and secure new interior and fit-out projects, focusing on delivering measurable sales targets and increasing revenue.
​2.​Build strong relationships with clients, developers, designers, and consultants, converting connections into real business opportunities.
​3.​Represent the company in client meetings and site visits, and deliver well-prepared technical and commercial presentations.
​4.​Coordinate with internal departments to prepare pricing and project proposals tailored to client requirements.
​5.​Oversee the full sales cycle — from initial contact to contract signing — ensuring continuous client follow-up and satisfaction.
​6.​Understand interior design and fit-out scopes to offer appropriate technical recommendations.
​7.​Meet defined sales KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.


1.​Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in:​•​Architecture​•​Interior Design​•​Civil Engineering (or equivalent)​2.​Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales within the interior design or fit-out industry.​3.​Demonstrated ability to acquire new projects and close deals successfully.​4.​Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.​5.​Solid proficiency in:​•​AutoCAD​•​SketchUp or Revit (preferred)​•​Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)​6.​Strong technical understanding of drawings and execution workflows.​7.​Good market knowledge of Egypt’s interior and fit-out sector, with an existing network considered a plus.​8.​Working proficiency in English is required.
