- Design, develop, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems, including motors, sensors, control systems, actuators, and PLCs.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and maintenance to improve system reliability and performance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
- Evaluate and select components such as drives, switches, sensors, and pneumatic/hydraulic parts.
- Prepare technical documentation including operation manuals, maintenance schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for system failures.
- Assist in procurement and vendor coordination for technical components and assemblies.
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.3–5 years of relevant experience in electromechanical systems or industrial automation.Strong working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motor control systems, and mechanical assemblies.Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and electrical design software.Familiar with industry standards such as IEC, NEC, ISO, or local electrical/mechanical codes.Hands-on experience with testing instruments and diagnostic tools.Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work in both field and office environments.Strong communication and project coordination skills.
