- Promote properties available for sale or rent through various marketing channels, including field campaigns, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with potential clients by maintaining regular communication to understand their real estate needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Organize and conduct property tours, providing comprehensive explanations of features and technical specifications.
- Follow up with clients professionally and provide real estate consultations that support their decision-making and increase the likelihood of closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and meet company goals.
- Regularly update the database of clients and properties to ensure accuracy and easy access to information.
- Work towards achieving the sales targets set by management and adhere to agreed-upon action plans.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate or the tourism/hospitality sector.Professional appearance and a refined manner in dealing with clients.Strong skills in negotiation, sales, and effective communication.Ability to work under pressure and achieve set sales targets.Proficiency in using computers and basic office applications, with experience in CRM systems for tracking customer data and improving sales performance.Willingness to travel to our locations in Ras Sudr as required.
