IT Help Desk Specialist

  • Maintains the connectivity between the HQ and the Hubs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
  • Responsible for any other IT-related issue.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
  • Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
  • Run software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Ensure daily server backup.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from a reputable university.Minimum 1 Year of experience in the same roleUnderstanding of network concepts.Experience in IP network installation and configuration.IT certifications are preferred (CCNA, MCSA).Previous experience in Microtek products is preferred.Previous experience in basic maintenance of photocopiers & printers.Great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.Very good communication and problem-solving skills.Very Good command of English.
