- Review & control all financial transactions
- Perform daily journal entries
- Review & maintain accurate financial records
- Preparation & issuance of invoices
- Preparation & issuance of regular financial reports & perform relevant financial analysis
- Filing of paperwork & digital files
- Proper handling & arrangement of information along with legal accounting consultants
- Maintain accurate legal records & registrations for the company
- Follow-up the collection of due payments
- Maintain smooth relation with the banks & perform all related bank operations
- Petty cash management
Work experience as an AccountantBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Advanced MS Excel skillsExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsGood command of English language (typing & reading)Experience with accounting software is a plusHeliopolis resident is preferredAdditional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
