About the Role:
WUZZUF International is looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Recruitment Specialist to join our International Division. This role will primarily focus on driving recruitment efforts in the Gulf region, helping expand our talent footprint across key GCC markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients within the Gulf region (including countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional hiring managers and global clients to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
- Source, engage, and match high-quality candidates with client needs using innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the Gulf market.
- Provide strategic guidance and consultative support to clients on talent acquisition best practices, regional hiring trends, and market dynamics.
- Effectively handle and manage client communications, ensuring their recruitment needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent WUZZUF International as a trusted partner in the Gulf region’s recruitment landscape.
2:5 years of experience in Gulf-area recruitment or regional recruitment within the Middle East.Strong knowledge of the GCC recruitment market, including trends, legal frameworks, and cultural nuances.Proven ability to handle and manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and the successful fulfillment of hiring requirements.Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns, handle multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proactive and detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.
