Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Purpose

To drive new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle for Odoo ERP solutions. The Sales Executive will work closely with technical and functional consultants to deliver tailored ERP solutions that meet client business needs across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation- Identify and qualify potential clients for Odoo ERP solutions (Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM, etc.) 
- Conduct market research and lead generation through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Client Engagement- Understand client needs through meetings, discovery sessions, and solution mapping.
- Present Odoo ERP solutions with compelling product demos and proposals.
Proposal & Contracting- Prepare tailored proposals and quotations based on the client’s requirements.
- Collaborate with the legal and technical team to finalize service agreements.
Pipeline Management- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Forecast revenue and report weekly performance to Sales Manager.
Collaboration- Work with ERP consultants, project managers, and functional analysts to ensure seamless implementation.
- Support marketing campaigns and participate in ERP-related events or webinars.
Customer Relationship Management- Ensure post-sales follow-up and handover to implementation team.
- Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities with existing clients.

 


Qualifications & SkillsRequirementDetailsEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.Experience2–5 years of experience in ERP sales, preferably Odoo or similar platforms.KnowledgeUnderstanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).Technical AptitudeAbility to understand and explain functional and technical ERP modules.Sales SkillsStrong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.LanguageFluency in English and Arabic.ToolsFamiliarity with CRM systems, Odoo, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
