Human Resources Generalist

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for office and site-based roles.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.

Prepare employment contracts and onboarding schedules.

Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated and properly trained.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.

Support conflict resolution and escalate cases when necessary.

Promote a positive company culture through engagement initiatives and events.

HR Operations:

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.

Manage attendance, leaves, and disciplinary documentation.

Administer HR policies and procedures consistently across all departments.

Performance & Training:

Assist in implementing performance appraisal cycles.

Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.

Monitor employee development plans and provide feedback to managers. Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).

Support internal audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.


Proven working experience as  HR Executive or generalist in real-estate sector is a MUSTPeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesDegree in Human Resources or related field
