We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Venue Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent client service, and maintain the overall quality and functionality of the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue.
- Manage event bookings, schedules, and client communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (cleaning, security, maintenance) to ensure venue readiness.
- Ensure health, safety, and fire regulations are followed at all times.
- Supervise staff during events and provide on-site support to clients.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain venue equipment, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage budgets, invoicing, and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in event management and customer service.
Requirements:• Proven experience in venue or event management, preferably with a sales background.• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.• Leadership experience with a hands-on approach.• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
