The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Team Lead who is passionate about technology and has the skills and knowledge to support our sales team in pitching and demonstrating our products to potential clients.
Role Description
- Lead the development of technical proposals, ensuring compliance with technical aspects and reviewing overall proposals for consistency before submission.
- Oversee the analysis and response to RFP, RFI, or RFQ documents received from clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Guide the analysis and design of solutions, translating client business requirements into effective technical solutions in the digital domain.
- Recommend technologies that align with customers' business requirements and drive value.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clients to analyze existing processes, identify desired future states, and define deliverables.
- Negotiate conflicts with stakeholders, consolidate agreed actions, and document final decisions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Act as the primary technical contact with clients during solution design, providing guidance and support to implementation teams.
- Collaborate with Software Architects to develop comprehensive End-to-End Solution Architectures that align with sold solutions and customer needs.
- Lead initiatives and research & development activities to explore new technologies and methodologies.
- Review and compile compliance matrices demonstrating proposed IT platform capabilities for submission by the presales team.
- Develop and oversee the creation of technical solutions, including solutions architecture, concepts, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and sales team to enhance proposal knowledge and capture customer business requirements effectively.
- Assist in the development of RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Create standard financial proposals and ensure they meet client expectations.
- Conduct presentations of solutions to clients and potential clients, driving the closing of deals. potential clients in addition to close the deal.
Qualifications / Job RequirementsB.Sc. Of Computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.6 + years of software industry experience, including 4 or more years in software presales.Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skillsMUST have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.Technical Qualifications (Preferrable)Fair knowledge of Microsoft Technology Stack, Products, and Platforms.Awareness with open-Source technologies, products, and platforms.Experience with Cloud solutions and concepts.Hands-on practical experience in software development is a plus.
