*Create and review detailed mechanical designs.

* Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and mechanical layouts based on project requirements.

* Perform material take-offs and prepare bills of quantities (BOQs).

*Assist in the preparation of technical submittals, project schedules, and progress reports.

* Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

* Review project documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements, codes, and standards.

* Provide technical support to resolve design or documentation-related queries.

*Review the project material list and proposed vendor list .
*Study the aspects, BOQ (bill of quantities), drawings and RFQ.
*Follow up with the Subcontractor/Suppliers to receive the offers/quotations.
*Negotiate with subcontractors technically, to insure the *compliance of the officer with all project requirements as mentioned in the RFQ.
*Follow up on the approval of the materials submitted and mockups with the site.
*Review the submittal compliance of the contracts with the project’s needs.
*Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution
*Prepare RFI and send it to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts.
* Communicate with concerned departments to prepare the general procurement plan.
* Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs for the upcoming month. 
* Issue the budget variation request to obtain its approval from the consultant.
* Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
* Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders and prepare Notice to Claim in cooperation with the contracts team.
