- Receive supply orders related to contracts and tenders from the department head.
- Review and analyze the technical specifications for tenders and supplies, ensuring full understanding of the project requirements.
- Reviewing the designs and engineering drawings of all required goods, taking into account the standard conditions and specifications.
- Prepare financial measurements and specifications in accordance with department head ensuring all documents are complete and submitted in line with required conditions.
- Research, design, and follow up on the development of new products, while suggesting modifications to existing products for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing the status of tenders and supply activities, including analysis of unsuccessful bids and reasons for non-selection
- Conduct customer research to ensure all requirements are met and goods are aligned with customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as required.
- Participate in company training sessions.
- Prepare reports addressing work challenges and obstacles, providing proposals for improvements, as well as updates on completed and pending tasks, and submit them to the direct manager.
- Document new developments in the company's field, creating a comprehensive archive of all company goods.
- Adhere to and implement the company's quality assurance system (ISO) procedures, ensuring all required reports and forms are completed and submitted.
Job RquirementsExperience:2–4 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or technical support roles.Proven experience in handling tenders, reviewing technical specifications, and preparing financial proposals.Familiarity with local and international tender processes and compliance requirements.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of technical specifications, engineering drawings, and financial measurements related to goods and services.Proficiency in preparing tender documents, cost estimates, and bid submissions.Skilled in conducting market and customer research to align offerings with requirements.Solid knowledge of procurement laws, bidding regulations, and contract terms.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, especially for managing multiple tenders and deadlines.Effective communication and coordination skills across departments.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Other Requirements:Commitment to quality standards and compliance with ISO procedures.Ability to document technical data and create a structured archive of goods and tender-related information.Willingness to participate in training programs and continuous professional development.Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken), particularly for reviewing technical documents and preparing reports
