Sales Executive

  • Implement medium-term sales plans in alignment with the company’s overall strategy, aiming to meet market demand for the company’s goods and services, while considering available human resources and coordinating with the department director.
  • Analyze sales challenges, discuss root causes, and develop effective alternative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to propose sales, distribution, and promotion policies for each product type, and define strategies for managing customer transactions, whether cash or credit, in coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Coordinate with the Sales manager to determine discounts and credit facilities for key clients, based on the company’s established policies.
  • Supervise the organization of internal exhibitions in line with company policies.
  • Implement and maintain an effective system for recording, analyzing, and organizing sales data, customer files, and records.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and promptly address any issues or service deviations.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients by understanding their needs and resolving concerns, ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Review sales reports and analyze sales figures to boost transaction volumes and develop targeted promotion plans.
  • Execute strategies to reach the designated target market segment annually.
  • Communicate customer feedback and suggested modifications regarding products or services to relevant departments.
  • Monitor customer payment collections in collaboration with the Finance Department and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide proposals to the department director to support the growth of sales volume in the local market.
  • Develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team under their supervision.
  • Ensure continuous follow-up and coordination to collect outstanding payments from customers.
  • Adhere to all procedures related to the Quality Assurance System (ISO), including the use of required forms, proper documentation, and preparation of necessary reports.
