Assistant Manager ( Transportation Department )

Assist in managing out fleet operations, external rentals, and customer logistics 

key responsibilities:

  • manage daily transport ops-scheduling, dispatching, and tracking vehicles ( both in-house &  rented)
  • Negotiate and oversee external rental agreements to scale operations during peak seasons.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and top-tier service for tourists and partners.
  • lead driver teams, optimize routes, and troubleshoot on-the-go challenges.
  • Analyze costs, maintain records, and drive efficiency across the board> 

Qualifications & skills:Bachelor's degree5+  years in tourism transport, fleet management, or logistics (rental coordination is a plus!) Sharp negotiation skills to secure the best deals with rental vendors.Problem-solving attitude and keeping cool under pressure.Passion for customer satisfaction and seamless travel experiences>
