We are looking for a Product Manager – E-Commerce to lead the development and optimization of our online shopping platform. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the product roadmap for the e-commerce platform, aligning with business goals.
• Gather and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Define and prioritize product features, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product improvements.
• Oversee A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and data-driven decision-making to optimize platform performance.
• Work closely with developers to ensure timely and efficient product releases.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in e-commerce.
Requirements:• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an e-commerce or digital product environment.• Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and data-driven decision-making.• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online payment systems is a plus.
