- Design and develop high-quality marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and digital assets.
- Create and maintain visual identity designs such as logos, business cards, and corporate documents.
- Develop social media graphics, banners, and digital content tailored to each platform.
- Produce motion graphics and promotional videos when needed.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions, and mentor junior designers.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to translate business needs into effective visual solutions.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication and leadership skills. Previous experience in a corporate or agency environment is a plus
