- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Communicate with doctors to set up a meeting to present hospital services.
- Attend healthcare conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products.
- Make a presentation about the hospital services and all the benefits.
- Follow up with doctors and the medical department to ensure all procedures are being followed.
- Bringing doctors and giving them a tour of the hospital and introducing them to the services, medical staff and necessary medical equipment.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress towards targets and market insights.
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or any related field. Previous experience in medical sales or related fields is highly preferred.Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, and healthcare industry dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse medical staff.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
