Product Development Engineer

•Create detailed 2D/3D models of sheet metal components using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

•Choose optimal materials balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability.

•Ensure designs align with production processes (stamping, bending, welding).

•Develop prototypes and conduct tests to validate functionality.

•Prepare engineering drawings, specs, and tolerance analyses.


•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.•Experience: 2–4 years in sheet metal product development.•Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD); FEA knowledge is advantageous.•Knowledge of sheet metal processes (stamping, bending) and tolerance analysis.•Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication abilities.•Familiarity with industry standards and cost-optimization techniques.
