Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide detailed information about our printing services, pricing, and order processes.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

 


Qualifications:Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B or printing-related industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.Familiarity with CRM software and basic administrative tasks.Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of printing processes and materials.Experience with order management systems.Bilingual communication skills (if applicable to MauriPrint’s customer base).
