Content & Social Media Specialist

  • Content Development: Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content across various platforms, including social media, websites.
  • Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and post content that reflects the brand identity of MASAR Architects on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Copy writing: Write compelling captions, blog posts, and articles that resonate with the target audience.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing strategy.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of content through metrics and provide reports on engagement, reach, and impact to optimize future strategies.
  • Timely Submission: Ensure all content tasks and projects are completed and submitted by the assigned deadlines, maintaining a consistent workflow.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the entire marketing team, including videographers, designers, and social media managers.
  • Content Planning & Calendaring: Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring that each piece of content supports marketing goals and is strategically timed.

 


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.- Proficiency in social media tools and basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).- Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills.- Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
