Sales Manager

We are a leading retail food products company, seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in the same industry to lead the sales team and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and meet targets.

Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure sales goals are achieved.

Build strong relationships with existing clients and attract new customers (retailers, markets, distributors).

Analyze sales data and market reports to make data-driven decisions.

Monitor product performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Attend trade shows and industry events to expand professional networks.


Qualifications & Experience:3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG/retail food industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales reports and forecast trends.Proficiency in sales management software (ERP, CRM) and Microsoft Office.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
