- Perform preventive maintenance on medical devices to ensure reliable operation.
- Diagnose and repair faults in medical equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
- Replace or upgrade defective or outdated components as necessary.
- Medical equipment is regularly calibrated and tested to maintain accuracy and functionality.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new medical equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure the safe use of medical equipment.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for parts and technical support.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.Experience in biomedical equipment maintenance, preferably in a healthcare setting.
