Procurement & Supply Trainer (CIPS Level 5 Certified)

We are seeking a CIPS Level 5-certified Procurement & Supply Trainer to deliver a high-impact training program in Saudi Arabia for a 3-month project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on procurement expertise and experience in training professionals on strategic sourcing, contract management, supply chain ethics, and procurement best practices aligned with CIPS standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery & Curriculum Implementation

  • Conduct engaging classroom/virtual workshops on CIPS Level 5 syllabus topics, including:
    • Procurement & supply chain strategies
    • Contract and supplier management
    • Negotiation techniques
    • Risk management & compliance
    • Sustainable procurement practices
  • Customize training materials to align with Saudi Arabia’s procurement regulations and industry needs (e.g., public sector, oil & gas, construction).
  • Use interactive methods (case studies, role-plays, simulations) to ensure practical learning.

2. Participant Assessment & Support

  • Evaluate trainees’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and mock exams.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to help participants prepare for CIPS Level 5 exams.
  • Collect feedback and adjust training approach for maximum effectiveness.

3. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure training content complies with CIPS global standards and local KSA laws.
  • Document attendance, performance metrics, and training outcomes for project stakeholders.

 

Qualifications & Requirements
