Job Purpose
The IT Asset Management Specialist is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets within the organization. This includes tracking, maintaining, and optimizing the use of hardware and software assets to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

- Manage the acquisition, deployment, tracking, and disposal of IT assets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets and prepare reports for management.
- Provide support for internal and external audits related to IT assets.
