- Provide training to all SVC Network & Call Center.
- Monitor Repeated Repair orders.
- Monitor product & part quality.
- Quality report to R&D for product failures.
- Validating closed orders with excess use of S/P and repeated due to technical skills.
- Material preparation for all products to be used in training purpose for technicians.
- Material preparation for FAQ & troubleshooting for call center with customers.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.2:5 years of experience in Home Appliances Industry.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Good presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.Good in English
