We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer specializing in light current & CCTV Solutions to drive sales, provide technical expertise, and build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and technical proficiency to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical and CCTV solutions.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and provide technical consultations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Technical Support & Solution Design:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine project requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
- Address technical issues and offer solutions in a timely manner.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
- Provide market feedback to management for strategic planning.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical and CCTV solutions 2-5 Years EXP.Strong technical knowledge of light current and network systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.Work Environment & Conditions:Field and office-based role with client visits required.Interaction with customers, technical teams, and project stakeholders.Fast-paced and target-driven environment.
