Procurement:
Source and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
Maintain and update approved supplier list.
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement needs and specifications.
Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships.
Cost Analysis:
Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and maintain cost models and forecasts.
Evaluate the total cost of ownership (TCO) for major purchases.
Support budgeting and financial planning by providing cost insights.
Prepare detailed reports on procurement KPIs, trends, and variances.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor agreements.
Support internal and external audits related to procurement and cost controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in procurement, cost analysis, or related roles.Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
