Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for pharmaceutical and chemical products
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science (preferred) or related fieldProven experience in sales of chemicals or pharmaceutical products Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsExcellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in MS Office.Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
