Capital Guard - Egypt - Cairo

 We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist & Administrator to manage front-office responsibilities and provide administrative support to our team.​

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.​
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.​
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared.​
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.​
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, and distributing office supplies.​
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.​
  • Carrying out administrative duties and supporting the HR department in organizing interviews, drafting forms and contracts, and maintaining the archive and employee record
  • Supervising buffet and HK staff
  • Performing any other tasks requested within the scope of work as a Receptionist and Administrator

Bachelor's degree.​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.​Strong communication skills in English; both written and verbal.​Professional demeanor with a customer-service orientation.​Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly preferred Age between 24 to 27 MaximumFemales Only
